Full Day Tour to Jerusalem from Amman, Dead Sea or Jordan:

This is a Full Day tour to Jerusalem for those staying in Amman, or other points in Jordan, visiting the main sites of this special city. It starts and ends in Amman or elsewhere in Jordan (supplement applies). It includes the main sites of Jerusalem including the Mt of Olives, Gethsemane, Old City of Jerusalem with the Via Dolorosa, Church of Holy Sepulchre, Al Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock and Wailing Wall. Back to Amman via Allenby/ King Hussien Bridge.

Program Tour 1JA

Pick up Amman and transfer to King Hussein/ Allenby Bridge Israeli Terminal. Drive to the Mount of Olives for a wonderful view of Jerusalem. Then go to the Pater Noster with the Lords Prayer in different languages. From the Mt of Olives the traditional Palm Sunday route takes you to the foot of the hill and sees the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees. Enter the Old City through the Dung gate to visit the Wailing (or western) Wall and view the Haram Al Sharif with the Al - Aksa Mosque and Dome of the Rock. Walk the Via Dolorosa with its Stations of the Cross till you arrive at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried, and then rose again. Leave the city through the bazaars to the west by Jaffa Gate. Drive through West Jerusalem to see the various landmarks. Return to King Hussein/ Allenby Bridge and then on to Amman for drop off.

• Exit tax out of Palestine/ Israel: NIS 178 pp (approx $52 pp - subject to Change)
• Exit tax out of Jordan (JOD 10 pp, approx $15 - subject to change)
• Transfers between border terminals. Cost of shuttle bus is JOD 5 pp ( $8) plus JOD 1.50 ($3) per piece of luggage each way.

Notes:

• Minimum 2 persons. Price for 1 person on request.
• Lunch is extra $20 pp per lunch.
• For transfer from the Dead Sea to Border and back to the Dead Sea add total $40 per car or $80 per van (both ways - Dead Sea/ Bridge/ Dead Sea).
• If returning to Amman via Jordan River Crossing Sheikh Hussein instead of Allenby/ King Hussein Bridge add $200. Note the exit tax at this border is NIS 103 pp (approximately $32). You also need to pay for a Jordan visa at this border which is JOD 20 pp (approx $30).
